Description
Surveys are a brilliant way of gathering information from people but sometimes the results can be challenging to interpret and present. A good survey will include a variety of question types - multiple choice, rating scales and open-ended questions but each of these requires different skills and approaches to draw out the results effectively.
Whatever your survey tool of choice, join us in this session to learn how to get the best out of your survey results once you’ve downloaded or imported your responses into Microsoft Excel or Google sheets.
This session will cover
* Using Excel features including Filters, Count if and Pivot Tables to analyse your data
* Introducing coding and theming for free text responses
