Description
Datawrapper is a free online tool that you can use to create a range of charts.
It focuses on beautiful design defaults, an easy interface, over 20 difference chart options, and responsiveness. You can create visualisations to embed in your website as well as images and pdf download options to sue in reports, on social media.
This is a practical hands-on course so you gain confidence in using Datawrapper for creating a range of charts, graphs and maps to support your campaigns as part of London Challenge Poverty Week.
This session will cover
• demoing the key features
• essential design principles
• creating a range of charts
• publishing, embedding and downloading your creations
Pre-course requirement
You can use Datawrapper for free without setting up an account. There is also a basic free account you can sign up for which saves your charts and also allows you to download them as image files.
Am I eligible for this course?
This is for small charities and community organisations that are part of the 4in10 network or Trust for London grantees.
Is this course for me?
