Description

Your brand is the way someone thinks and feels about your small charity or community organisation because they have experienced it in some way. They may have formed their ideas about you by spotting your logo on a poster, reading information about you on your website or their own experience of being supported by you.

There are many ways people can experience your organisation. Some things you can’t control (think of someone writing a review on Trust Pilot or your social media) but there are many ways you can help people understand who you are or why your work matters.

Whether it’s designing your logo, the way you write your website pages or emails, the colours and fonts you use or how you describe your organisation, this short course will introduce to a range of tools and techniques to create your brand.

There will also be plenty of time for questions and follow up support will be available.

This forms part of our Digital Foundations programme https://superhighways.org.uk/training-advice-and-technical/digital-basics
