This 75 min session is aimed at anybody working in a small charity or community group who is in the process of choosing or implementing a CRM so their organisation can better use data to demonstrate their impact, improve efficiencies and shape future services.

There will also be time at the end for any questions you may have.

Large event webinar
This session is an online live-format webinar. You will hear from speakers relevant to the topic and may see demos of tools or techniques to help you in your work.
There will be limited interactivity although we may send you into smaller groups for networking.
It's great if you can join us with video but not essential throughout. These sessions may be recorded to share with a wider audience.
